For this special edition, Peter Sanchez, Bar Manager at Tlecan and former Head Bartender at Arca (two of Latin America’s most acclaimed bars), will be behind the counter at LOYA for an exclusive evening. Renowned for his storytelling-driven approach and deep respect for ingredients, Peter brings a cocktail experience that blends artistry, innovation, and narrative – perfectly in sync with LOYA’s philosophy.
