Signature large plates such as Red Lantern Mala Silken Tofu, Hong Shao Braised Pork, Sichuan Pepper Crusted Lamb Loin with Superior Soy Jus and Wok-Fried Mongolian Chicken showcase bold Canton and Sichuan flavours, complemented by Lotus Leaf Wrapped Black Garlic Fried Rice and Mixed Meat Udon Noodles. Desserts like Chocolate Dim Sum with Fried Longan and Lunar Pear conclude the experience, alongside curated beverages including Ming 1978 and Mandarin Dragon mocktails, and a classic Lychee Martini.
