Chennai, 19 November 2025: Park Hyatt Chennai is set to host one of the city’s most anticipated culinary events with the latest edition of Masters of Food & Wine – A Dining Dialogue.
This year, the Chennai edition brings together the talents of two celebrated chefs from within the brand: Chef Balaji Natarajan, executive chef at Park Hyatt Chennai, and Chef Ashley Nunes, executive chef at Park Hyatt Hyderabad.

Across two exclusive evenings - 22 & 23 November 2025, guests will embark on a thoughtfully curated seven-course journey, with each dish reflecting a thoughtful exchange of ideas, memories, techniques and regional influences between the two chefs. The menu pays homage to the flavours of Europe, South India and Japan, artfully interwoven through modern interpretations, personal inspirations and refined culinary craftsmanship.
Expect exquisitely crafted plates such as Steak Tartare, Dosa Okonomiyaki with Pepper Lamb, Podi-Seared Scallops, Black Cod and Mustard-Tempered Edamame Gyoza paired with Wasabi Pulissery, among other imaginative creations. Each course is elevated with bespoke wine pairings curated by the sommelier, designed to complement the evolving textures and flavours of the evening.
Set within the iconic multi-level interiors of The Flying Elephant, the ambience offers the perfect backdrop for an immersive dining experience — conversational, artistic and richly sensory.
