As wellness dining gains momentum, ITC Maratha’s Peshwa Pavilion introduces a thoughtfully curated menu focused on clean preparations, balanced nutrition, and nourishing ingredients. Designed for guests who want food that supports wellbeing without compromising on taste, the offerings bring together wholesome components and modern culinary techniques in an inviting setting.

The menu highlights options that are gluten-free, lactose-free, and made with natural ingredients that celebrate both nutrition and flavour. Highlights include The Ruby Soup, a slow-cooked tomato and orange broth served with kodo millet and goji berries, approximately 210 calories per serve, and the Pavilion Good For You Souper, a clear chicken soup with root vegetables, turmeric, ginger, and buckwheat noodles, approximately 341 calories per serve. Fresh, vibrant options such as Grilled Avocado Chick Pea Chaat combine avocado, popped amaranth, raw mango, and pomegranate into a nutritious, flavour-forward dish. The menu consists of many more healthy and nutritious options to choose from.

For a more complete meal, the menu features curated meal boxes inspired by global and regional cuisines. The Indi-genous Box showcases the richness of Indian grains, lentils, and traditional ingredients thoughtfully composed into balanced dishes highlighting local flavours. The Western Wellness Box includes lean proteins, seasonal vegetables, and whole grains for a wholesome and energising meal. The Asian Wellness Box draws from contemporary Asian culinary profiles, combining nutrient-rich ingredients with carefully prepared dishes to deliver a complete, health-conscious experience.

To conclude on a lighter yet indulgent note, desserts include Bajra Phirni, an Indian pearl millet pudding made with almond milk, saffron, cardamom, and toasted nuts, approximately 256 calories per serve, and the Almond Flour Brownie, topped with avocado mint ice cream, mono floral honey, and chia seeds, approximately 745 calories per serve.
