This June, InAzia at Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield welcomes visiting chef Fu Lei for a limited-time showcase of modern Cantonese cuisine.
Known for his thoughtful approach to Chinese cooking, Chef Fu Lei brings together traditional techniques and contemporary influences drawn from his travels at the Jade Pavilion food festival . His style is clean and rooted, focused on balance, restraint, and clarity of flavour.
The menu at InAzia beautifully embodies these principles. Diners can look forward to a selection of meticulously crafted dishes like Black fungus salad, red chili, soy garlic dressing, Dragon lamb puff, Spicy Sichuan Dan Dan, Soupy noodle sesame peanut mince chicken, Smoked duck breast, asparagus black pepper sauce, Wok seared tenderloin, Oyster Shemiji, shallot, asparagus and Mapo tofu chilli Bean sauce Sichuan pepper . Each plate is designed to highlight the natural essence of the ingredients, using subtle seasoning and precise techniques to allow the food to shine.
To round off the meal, the desserts strike the perfect balance: light yet satisfying. The Matcha Opera and Yuzu Parfait are a true indulgence.
