This August, Eden Pavilion at ITC Sonar invites you to savor the city’s most cherished seasonal indulgence with an exquisite Hilsa Thali experience — a tribute to Bengal’s nostalgia and timeless culinary affair with the 'Queen of Fish'. Indulge in homestyle favourites crafted by our masterchefs. 

Served as a thoughtfully curated thali, the experience begins with fluffy, fragrant steamed rice served alongside Ilish Machh Bhaja, followed by the delightful indulgence of Machher Tel and comforting Aloo Bhate, Ilish Macher Matha Diye Chorchori, Biyulir Dal or Sonamoong Dal, Aloo Posto, Lau Diye Bori Ghonto, golden Begun Bhaja, Rasgulla, Mishti Doi, and melt-in-the-mouth Sandesh. 

For the main course, you can choose your crown jewel from four signature Hilsa masterpieces — the yoghurt-kissed Doi Ilish, mustard-scented Ilish Bhapa, Ilish Macher Tel Jhal, or the soulful Begun Ilish, priced at INR 2500 plus taxes per guest. Available from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, until 31st August 2025.
