This weekly event, held every Sunday, will honor the spirit of Independence with a unique culinary experience that pays tribute to India's diverse beverage culture.

The ‘Sharbats of India’ brunch will feature an array of classic and inventive sharbats from across the country. Guests can sample a range of flavours, including Fuljar from Kerala, Buransh from Uttarakhand, Shahi Sharbat from Rajasthan, and more. Each beverage is selected to highlight the authenticity and tradition of Indian drinks, offering a delightful journey through the country's varied tastes. In collaboration with Malhar Gin, Moxy Bengaluru Airport will present exclusive cocktails that blend traditional sharbats with a modern twist. The combination of Malhar Gin’s premium spirits with the expertly crafted sharbat menu promises a refreshing and innovative tasting experience.

Complementing the exquisite drinks, guests will enjoy a sumptuous array of dishes carefully paired with the sharbat and gin offerings. Moxy’s chefs have designed a menu that enhances the flavours of the beverages while taking diners on a culinary voyage through Indian cuisine.
