The food experience is a throwback feast, led by vibrant live stations including the Amritsari Chaat Junction, Mumbai Street Classics with Pav Bhaji and Keema Pav, a Retro Tandoor Station serving Paneer Tikka and Chicken Malai Tikka, and a Desi Egg Counter with Masala Omelette and Anda Bhurji. The buffet continues the nostalgia with classics like Butter Chicken, Shahi Paneer, Dal Makhani, and Seasonal Vegetable Korma, followed by a dessert spread straight out of a Bollywood ending, Gulab Jamun, Rasmalai, Kulfi Falooda, and retro pastries.
