Sara Jacob of the Nair on Fire fame, is back in the city with a brand new menu showcasing her signature style of presenting incredible heirloom recipes in a new age form.
 
These recipes have been curated over the years from dishes served in the typical Toddy shaaps to snacks from the Thattukada street food to slow cooked indulgences from the many communities that share the state.
Available as a dinner buffet with live counters, the spread in Veg and Non veg options galore, this is one experience you do not want to miss!  
 
The dishes range from Red Cowpeas Cutlet, Kizhi Porotta with Raw Jackfruit Peralan, Mushroom Thoran rice with Mango curry, Appam and Nasrani Lamb stewMalabar Chicken Wings to Okra Mappas, Malabar Ghee Rice, Tuna fish cutlet, Idiyappam and Egg Roast, Nasrani Prawns, Eggplant Pollichathu and much more.
