A unique culinary journey as part of the Kitchens of India initiative, “Namaskaramu Andhra,” featuring the culinary brilliance of Chef Sundar, from 23rd to 29th October 2024.

Chennai, October 2024 – ITC Grand Chola is proud to announce a unique culinary journey as part of the Kitchens of India initiative, “Namaskaramu Andhra”. From 23rd to 29th October 2024, guests are invited to experience the vibrant flavours of Andhra Pradesh at Café Mercara Express and Madras Pavilion.

Curated by Chef Sundar, the festival will feature traditional dishes such as Palak Koora Vada, Miryala Kodi Vepudu, Venkaya Channa Pappu Koora, Ulla Walla Kodi Koora and Kodi Vepudu Biriyani to name a few. Madras Pavilion will be adorned with traditional Andhra decor, creating an immersive cultural experience for all guests. Live cooking demonstrations will showcase the art of Andhra culinary traditions. The experience will be further enriched with music, dance, and art displays, reflecting the vibrant cultural heritage of Andhra Pradesh.
