Curated by master chef Asif Qureshi and his culinary team, the menu revisits forgotten traditions and age-old techniques that once defined India’s regal kitchens. Crafted exclusively for the festival, the special à la carte and set menu showcases the opulence of saffron through aromatic preparations, bold textures and heritage recipes reimagined with refined modern sensibilities.

Adding a golden flourish to the celebration, the festivities culminate with the Saffron Brunch on 18th January at The Hebbal Cafe. Designed as a leisurely yet luxurious experience, the brunch presents an elegant spread infused with saffron’s rich aroma complemented by live music and free-flowing mocktails. Signature highlights such as Saffron Risotto, Zaffrani Murgh Biryani and Saffron-Infused French Toast promise a sensorial feast that balances comfort with sophistication.
