The North Eastern India Food Festival promises to take diners on a culinary journey through the seven sister states, showcasing an authentic selection of traditional dishes prepared by expert chefs.
From the serene hills of Assam, the lush valleys of Meghalaya to the vibrant culture of Nagaland, this festival will feature an eclectic spread that brings together the unique ingredients and age-old recipes of the region. Expect robust flavors, smokey meat dishes, fresh herbs, bamboo shoots, fermented condiments, and tangy curries that capture the true essence of North Eastern cuisine. The festival menu will include local specialties such as Tingmo with chicken shapta, Doh Kappa, Awoshi ngo Anishi, Tsungken, Sagolir Manxo and a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights, including a whole lot of salads and chutneys that complement these rich flavors. To enhance the experience, the restaurant will be adorned with thematic décor, and our team will don traditional North Eastern attires, creating an immersive and lasting experience for all our guests
