Nostalgia Awaits with The Ultimate 90’s Brunch at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road

This February, Sundays take a nostalgic turn at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road as Mélange brings back the flavors, fun, and familiar comforts of the 1990s, a decade that shaped childhoods, family rituals, and first memories.

From DD Rangoli mornings and MTV Select evenings to the cartoons we grew up watching and the treats we loved (Rasna, Ruffaza, Phantom Sweet Cigarettes, and more), the 90s were defined by simple joys and shared moments. It was a time of many firsts, from the early internet boom to iconic music and television, when Sundays were truly about being together.

The Ultimate 90s Brunch is a month-long Sunday brunch experience designed to recreate that unmistakable 90s vibe in the heart of Bengaluru. It invites 90s millennials to relive the era they grew up in, while encouraging parents to introduce their children to a time before screens took over Sundays.

The brunch welcomes you with 'birthday party' staples like fresh fruit pastry, mini samosas and frooti.  The spread features live counters of cotton candy, hot and buttery popcorn bhutta and toastie counters. Much-loved classics and comforting, family-style favorites, featuring  Kolkata style Chowmein, Classic Fish Finger with tartare Sauce, and warm and homely Rotti Station. 

A “Masti ka Pitara” section brings back 90s candies and snacks like Mango Bite, Pepsicola (Ice lolly Sticks) Chatpate Ber aur Imli alongside indulgent desserts and nostalgic beverages inspired by the decade. Old-school games and light-hearted activities for children complete the experience, allowing families to reconnect and create new Sunday traditions—one nostalgic bite at a time.
