Keeping this spirit alive, Novotel Guwahati brings an authentic Assamese spread featuring traditional delicacies such as til pitha, gila pitha, assorted larus, duck cooked with black sesame, ari masor tenga, lai xaak gahori, omitar khar, kola chawlor kheer and many other seasonal and traditional dishes of a signature Assamese cuisine. Prepared using fresh local ingredients, each dish reflects the true essence of Assam’s culinary heritage.
