31st December: Three Distinct Experiences, One Hotel Destination

On New Year’s Eve, the hotel will activate all its key outlets, each with a defined theme and format. At The Square, Novotel’s all-day dining restaurant, guests can opt for a Refined New Year’s Eve Buffet, featuring a curated global spread paired with live music. The experience is positioned for families and guests looking for a calm, elegant dinner setting to welcome the New Year. The buffet will be available from 8:00 PM to midnight, priced at INR 2,000 + taxes, with beverages served à la carte and an optional liquor add-on.

For guests seeking a livelier celebration, 188 Downtown, the hotel’s bar and dining space, will host a Grand Celebration into 2026. This experience combines an elaborate buffet, customised beverages, live music, and a DJ-led countdown, offering a high-energy environment within the hotel. The celebration runs from 8:00 PM to midnight, priced at INR 3,999 + taxes.

Meanwhile, Skye, the hotel’s rooftop venue, will offer A Midnight Countdown Under the Stars, a rooftop celebration featuring a live band, handcrafted cocktails, and a selection of finger food, set against panoramic city views. The rooftop experience is priced at INR 2,999 + taxes, from 8:00 PM to midnight.

1st January: One Brunch, Three Experiences

The celebrations continue on 1st January 2026 with Aarambh – The Grand New Year Brunch, a single brunch experience spread across the hotel’s three outlets. Guests will begin their culinary journey at The Square, which will focus on Indian cuisine, showcasing curated regional dishes, familiar classics with contemporary presentation, and a range of breads, curries, and desserts.

At 188 Downtown, the brunch shifts to global flavours in a chic alfresco-style setting, offering gourmet pizzas, bold Asian dishes, and festive Mexican selections.

The experience concludes at Skye, where live grill counters, fresh seafood, signature meats, and DJ-led music create a lively poolside brunch atmosphere. The brunch is available as a Non-Alcoholic package at INR 2,599++ and an Alcoholic package at INR 3,999++, with both options allowing access across all three outlets.
