Hyderabad, September 17, 2024: Novotel Hyderabad Airport unveils Seafood Nights to raise the dining experience bar, a limited-period gastronomic celebration in the city, inviting guests to indulge in the finest delicacies of the ocean. Every Saturday till 28th September 2024, guests are invited to indulge in a carefully crafted menu by the hotel's renowned culinary team, showcasing the finest ocean delicacies and offering an unforgettable experience.
Featuring a blend of fresh local and global ingredients, the Seafood Nights offer an unmatched fine dining experience. The journey begins with a flavorful Samundar Shorba, followed by a variety of innovative main courses such as Grilled Prawns, Broccoli, and Cherry Tomato Salad. Sushi enthusiasts can enjoy expertly crafted California Rolls, paired with regional specialties like Gongura Royyalu Pickles. The entrée highlights an array of seafood delights, including Roasted Red Snapper with Exotic Vegetables, while the grill counter serves up dishes like Peri-Peri Prawns. Vegetarian options, such as Tandoori Marinated Paneer, are also available at the grill station.
