A Fresh Approach to MICE

Novotel Jodhpur’s MICE program is an experiential offering that blends professional engagement with cultural exploration. The experience is designed to meet business objectives while immersing participants in Rajasthan’s rich traditions and lifestyle.

Guests are welcomed with refreshments and a smooth check-in before enjoying a traditional Rajasthani lunch. The program then features “Rhythms to Relax,” a session of Sufi music designed to create a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, encouraging participants to connect creatively from the start.

The itinerary includes visits to Jodhpur’s iconic landmarks like Mehrangarh Fort and Umaid Bhawan Palace, offering insights into Rajasthan’s royal history and architectural beauty. Guests then experience a Jeep Safari & Camel ride through the desert, a unique team-building activity that immerses participants in rural Rajasthan and helps foster collaboration in an authentic setting.

The day continues with a guided walk amidst the farmland of Rajasthan, where guests are welcomed with a traditional Mashaal ceremony. The walk offers a chance to connect with local culture and customs while engaging with the community.

The experience concludes with a star-lit camp dinner, featuring a barbecue prepared by local chefs. Cultural performances such as the Ghoomar dance, Ravanahatha music, and fire dancing create a festive and relaxed atmosphere, making it a memorable and enjoyable team bonding experience.

Cultural and Interactive Activities

The program also includes a range of interactive cultural activities designed to enhance team-building and deepen participants’ connection with the region. Guests can try their hand at pottery-making, enjoy henna painting, and watch a traditional puppet show. Local chefs host live cooking stations, where guests can learn to prepare Rajasthani kebabs and barbecue, while a village recipe station offers guests the chance to cook alongside locals.

Additional activities include Rajasthani Thandai and Sherbat stations, local-inspired cocktails, and performances of traditional dances such as Ghoomar and Kaal Belia, rounding out the experience with rich cultural exchanges.
