Kolkata, March 2025 – Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences is set to take food enthusiasts on a nostalgic and flavourful journey with “The Tangra Trail Brunch”, a one-of-a-kind Indo-Chinese food festival that celebrates the rich culinary heritage of Tangra-style Chinese cuisine. Hosted at The Square on March 16th, 23rd, and 30th, from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, this exclusive dining experience will bring the legendary flavours of Tangra Style Chinese to life, with a unique fusion of Chinese techniques and zesty Indian spices.

At the helm of this theme brunch is Chef Tinku Das, a master of Indo-Chinese cuisine, under the guidance of Executive Chef Vikram Jaiswal, together who have curated a menu that pays homage to the bustling food stalls of Tangra while enhancing flavours with precision and finesse.
