This collaboration with Ukiyo, one of Pune’s most celebrated Japanese dining destinations, brings an extraordinary set menu curated by a guest chef from Ukiyo, offering an evening where dining transforms into an art form.
Derived from the Japanese phrase “Omakase”, meaning “I leave it up to you,” this dining style celebrates the chef’s creativity, skill, and passion. Each course is meticulously designed to surprise and delight, showcasing the essence of authentic Japanese cuisine through a harmonious blend of taste, texture, and technique.
Guests will experience an intimate multi-course set menu crafted with the finest ingredients, where every dish narrates a story of precision, balance, and artistry — a true testament to Japanese culinary philosophy. The menu will include some of the finest Japanese offerings such as Age Dashi Dofu, Daikon Salad, Carpaccio of Madai, Avocado Tartare, Tebasaki, steamed gyoza, Nabe Udon, Matcha cheese cake and much more!!
