Open daily from 11 AM to 6 PM and 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM, this one-of-a-kind epicurean escape introduces a fresh, vibrant way to experience exceptional flavours in an unparalleled setting.
By day, Palmera caters to poolside cravings with artfully crafted small plates that are both light and flavorful. The Samosa Chana Chaat delivers a burst of tangy goodness, while the Dahi Bhalla offers a creamy, cooling contrast. From the tandoor, the Zafrani Broccoli and Murgh Malai Tikka infuse traditional flavours with a contemporary touch, embodying the balance of finesse and authenticity.
