Chennai (16 July 2025) – Park Hyatt Chennai is proud to present an exclusive dining experience in collaboration with the legendary 6 Ballygunge Place, one of Kolkata’s most beloved Bengali restaurants. This limited-time pop-up will take place at Park Brasserie from 16 to 20 July 2025, offering Chennai a rare opportunity to savour the heritage and soul of Bengal on a plate.
Making its debut in Chennai, 6 Ballygunge Place is widely acclaimed for its soulful food and cultural storytelling. Ranked among Condé Nast Traveller’s Top 20 Restaurants in India and featured in Asia’s 50 Best Discovery, the restaurant brings its timeless charm and bold regional flavors to a new audience.

Guests can look forward to both à la carte dishes and curated thalis, showcasing the finest of Bengali cuisine. The menu includes beloved classics such as Kosha Mangsho, Bhetki Paturi, Daab Chingri, Mochar Paturi, and comforting staples like Basanti Pulao and Luchi. 
The experience is complete with signature desserts, including Mishti Doi, Nolen Gurer Ice Cream, and Daab Bhapa Sandesh, each offering a sweet reminder of Bengal’s rich culinary heritage. 
Designed to evoke a sense of nostalgia for some and discovery for others, the pop-up features themed interiors, regional music, and warm hospitality that captures the essence of Bengal on every plate.
