As part of the Japanese and Peruvian Food Festival, each night will feature a distinct set menu celebrating the harmony of bold Peruvian flavours and the refined elegance of Japanese cuisine. Diners will experience an eclectic mix of ceviches, sushi rolls, yakitori skewers, and indulgent desserts, thoughtfully plated and paired to tell a new story each evening.
