Persian Pop-Up by Chef Mona at JW Marriott Kolkata

JW Marriott Kolkata is delighted to present a Persian Pop-Up by Chef Mona at JW Kitchen from 6th to 15th December 2024. This exclusive culinary experience showcases Chef Mona's 20+ years of expertise and skill in crafting authentic Persian dishes. 

The menu features an array of delectable options, including Joojeh Kebab, the rich and creamy Panir Khlal Badam, and the flavorful Mevah Tanur. Other highlights include the Mirza Ghasemi, a classic Persian eggplant dish, and Sheer Khurma, a traditional Persian dessert. The meal will conclude with traditional Persian bread, including the crispy Irani Naam E Barbari and the sweet Halva E Sheer.
