The feast journeys through timeless flavours with delicacies such as Ilai Kozhukattai, Kizhangu Meen Porichathu and the rustic comfort of Vayal Nandu Soup, followed by hearty preparations like Selavu Kozhambu, Mocha Kootu and the medicinal warmth of Thuthuvalai Rasam. The celebration culminates with the robust Sanda Seval Satti Soru and the earthy sweetness of Panangizhangu Kuzhavai, Karumbu Charu Pongal paying homage to the land and its harvest.
