 NEW DELHI, FEBRUARY 2026 - Pullman New Delhi Aerocity invites the capital to experience the soul of Italy with the return of celebrated Italian chef Francesco Calvani for a special culinary pop-up at Farmers’ Basket at Pluck. Starting from 27th February to 8th March during dinner and Sunday brunch, guests can look forward to an immersive Italian showcase that celebrates regional depth, craftsmanship and heartfelt hospitality.

Following the resounding response to his 2024 collaboration, Chef Calvani returns to recreate the magic with an expanded menu that journeys through Italy’s diverse culinary landscape. Designed as a tribute to authenticity, the showcase moves beyond familiar favourites to present nuanced regional expressions from handmade pastas and slow-simmered sauces to time-honoured recipes that define Italian home kitchens.

The menu thoughtfully translates regional Italy’s culinary heritage into a refined dining experience. Menu highlights include Risotto alla Milanese con ossobuco, where saffron-infused rice meets delicately braised veal shank, a refined tuna tartare paired with basil potato cream and crisp onions. Alongside these signatures, diners can indulge in beloved staples such as Carbonara, Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, handcrafted ravioli and freshly prepared pizzas, each prepared with precision and a deep respect for tradition.

Chef Calvani, known for blending Roman culinary roots with subtle French finesse, is the owner and executive chef of Calvani Restaurant in Poggio Mirteto, Italy and a globally sought-after private chef. With successful pop-ups across international destinations including a recent pop-up at Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, his return to New Delhi marks another milestone in bringing contemporary Italian gastronomy to discerning diners at Pullman Aerocity.
