Radisson Blu, Bengaluru, Outer Ring Road, is inviting guests to enjoy the true essence of Punjab at the Pind Da Zaika food festival, taking place at the hotel’s Indian restaurant, Saffron, for dinner only. 

Till January 19, 2025, Saffron will serve delicious dishes from Punjab, in both an a la carte and set menu format, for dinner only. The meal will begin with Sweet Lassi or Khus ki Sarbat; followed by Soups like Murgh Dhaniya Shorba and Makkai ke Raab Non-vegetarian appetizers include Sarson Nimbu ka Jhinga; Gosht ki Champ; and Tandoori Kukkad. Vegetarians can enjoy Panchratan Hariyali Sheekh; Sunheri Khasta; and Tandoori Khumb. 

Diners can indulge in a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian main courses such as Amritsari Fish Curry; Tari Wala Murgh; Gosht Beliram; Saat Raso ki Subzi; Punjabi Kadhi Pakodi; and Dal Dhaba. The meal will be accompanied by a selection of biryani and pulao, as well as assorted breads.

For Dessert, guests can indulge in options like Jalebi with Rabdi; Pista Bhara Gulab Jamun; and Malpua.

Those who prefer a set menu can opt for the same, featuring a selection of dishes from the extensive festival menu. The set menu is priced at Rs. 2699 plus taxes per person.
