Radisson Blu, Bengaluru, Outer Ring Road, is inviting guests to enjoy the true essence of Punjab at the Pind Da Zaika food festival, taking place at the hotel’s Indian restaurant, Saffron, for dinner only.
Till January 19, 2025, Saffron will serve delicious dishes from Punjab, in both an a la carte and set menu format, for dinner only. The meal will begin withSweet LassiorKhus ki Sarbat; followed by Soups likeMurgh Dhaniya ShorbaandMakkai ke Raab. Non-vegetarian appetizers includeSarson Nimbu ka Jhinga; Gosht ki Champ; andTandoori Kukkad. Vegetarians can enjoyPanchratan Hariyali Sheekh; Sunheri Khasta;andTandoori Khumb.
Diners can indulge in a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian main courses such asAmritsari Fish Curry; Tari Wala Murgh; Gosht Beliram; Saat Raso ki Subzi; Punjabi Kadhi Pakodi;andDal Dhaba. The meal will be accompanied by a selection of biryani and pulao, as well as assorted breads.
For Dessert, guests can indulge in options likeJalebi with Rabdi; Pista Bhara Gulab Jamun;andMalpua.
Those who prefer a set menu can opt for the same, featuring a selection of dishes from the extensive festival menu. The set menu is priced at Rs. 2699 plus taxes per person.
