Panaji, Goa, India –17th September 2024– Goa Marriott Resort and Spa is set to host a ten-day Rajasthani culinary extravaganza, Rajasthani Rajwadi Rasoi, from September 20 to 29, 2024, at the Waterfront Terrace and Bar. This exclusive dinner buffet, available from 7 PM to 11 PM, promises an authentic taste of Rajasthan's vibrant culinary heritage, with celebrated Guest Chef Bhik Singh from Jaipur Marriott Hotel leading the kitchen.

The festival will feature traditional Rajasthani dishes, known for their robust flavors and unique ingredients, including signature items such as Junglee Maas, Laal Maas, Dal Baati Churma, Gatta Curry, Jodhpuri Murgh, Pitod ka Saag, and Ker Sangri. These delicacies reflect the heart and soul of Rajasthani cuisine, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience steeped in history and culture.

For those with a sweet tooth, the dessert spread will include regional favorites like Ghevar, Doodh Jalebi, Ras Malai, and Phirni with Kesar Doodh, ensuring a perfect end to the feast. The bar will complement the menu with a selection of special cocktails and mocktails crafted for the occasion.

Chef Bhik Singh, originally from Belwa, Balesar in Jodhpur, has garnered recognition for his mastery of Rajasthani cuisine. His expertise, honed over the years at Jaipur Marriott Hotel, shines through in every dish he creates.
