The experience unfolds with vibrant cold mezzeh and fresh salads, from hummus, avocado moutabel and fattoush to stuffed vine leaves and Turkish cacik, alongside a generous Arabic bread station. Live cooking adds theatre to the evening, with chicken shawarma, Arabic mixed grills, and a fragrant lamb ouzi slow-cooked and served with oriental rice.
