Rampur’s Royal Flavours Arrive At K3, JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity

Delhi, India (August 28, 2025) – This September, JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity invites guests to embark on a rare culinary journey as Chef Jamal Akhtar brings the royal traditions of Rampur to K3 – New Delhi’s Food Theatre. From September 3–7, 2025, diners can experience the Nawabi elegance of Rampuri cuisine through an immersive buffet-style spread and Sunday brunch.

Rampuri cuisine, a hidden gem of North India, draws from Mughal, Awadhi, and Persian influences while embracing local flavours. Known for its slow-cooked gravies, aromatic masalas, and intricate kebabs, it reflects the grandeur of Rampur’s royal kitchens.

The specially curated menu will feature signature delicacies including smoky Rampuri Seekh Kebab, tender Shami Kebab with Khasta Paratha, and the delicate Murgh Pasanda Roll. Rich main courses such as Murgh Qaliya, Rampuri Gosht Korma, and Tar Qorma will be paired with Subz Yakhni Pulao and traditional breads like Sheermaland Bakarkhani. Desserts including saffron-laced Shahi Tukda, Adrak ka Halwa, and Rampuri Sewaiyaan will provide a regal finale, accompanied by refreshing beverages such as Rampuri Shikanji, Kesar Badam Thandai, and Kehwa.

To complement the cuisine, K3 will be transformed into an atmosphere reminiscent of Rampur’s royal courts. Guests will dine amidst velvet and zardozi accents, floral chandeliers, and traditional artefacts, with dishes served on silver platters and copperware in a dastarkhwan-style setup. The ambience will be further elevated with live ghazal instrumentals and a warm Nawabi welcome by associates in traditional attire.
