From 18th to 27th July, guests can indulge in a menu that revives heirloom recipes from the region, brought to life through traditional techniques, rare spices, and slow-cooked perfection.

The menu, thoughtfully curated by the culinary team under the guidance of Chef Abid, draws inspiration from his personal memories and time spent in Rampur. From melt-in-the-mouth Sambhal ke Seekh and Tar Qorma to unique vegetarian gems like Malai Kathal ki Shami and Gular Kebab, the experience is a true celebration of Nawabi flavours. To end on a sweet note, decadent desserts such as Ande ka Halwa and Chane ki Dal ka Halwa are sure to leave a lasting impression.
