New Delhi, October 2025: This November, Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt invites guests to experience the spirit of Seoul in the heart of Delhi with Taste of Korea, an exclusive two-week culinary pop-up in collaboration with Andaz Seoul, Gangnam. From 5th to 20th November 2025, AnnaMaya transforms into a modern Korean table alive with flavour, culture, and craftsmanship.
Curated by Chef Wongun Hong (Chef de Cuisine) and Chef Hyo JE (Chef de Partie) from Andaz Seoul, the experience brings the best of contemporary Korean dining to Andaz Delhi for the very first time. Both chefs are known for their refined interpretations of traditional recipes, blending heritage with modern sensibilities in a way that feels bold yet deeply soulful. Each plate tells a story of harmony and precision, where every flavour, texture, and aroma finds its perfect balance.

The menu captures the true essence of Korean gastronomy ,where simple ingredients are layered with depth, balance, and intention. Guests can savour the crisp, caramelised perfection of Chicken Gangjeong, the slow comfort of Soy-braised Pomfret spiced with Korean pepper and daikon, and the melt-in-your-mouth richness of Braised Pork Back Ribs in gochujang and miso. For a lighter indulgence, the Mung Bean Jelly Salad and Octopus with Sweet and Sour Soy Sauce offer fresh, vibrant contrasts, while the Vegetable Bibimbab brings a wholesome vegetarian taste to the palate. To end on a sweet note, the Cinnamon Punch with Fried Ribbon Cookies, infused with dried persimmon and ginger delivers a taste of Korean nostalgia reimagined for the modern palate.

Guests can enjoy this journey through a Pan-to-Plate buffet experience or choose from an intimate à la carte selection, both available for lunch and dinner daily from 5th to 20th November. On Sunday, 16th November, AnnaMaya will host a special Korean Brunch, featuring an extended menu and live pop-up counters for a vibrant celebration of community, conversation, and culinary artistry.
The Pan-to-Plate experience is priced at INR 2,499 for Vegetarian menu and INR 2,999 for Non-Vegetarian menu, with premium beverage pairings available on actuals.
