Goa, June 2025 — This monsoon, Ronil Goa – A JdV by Hyatt Hotel is bringing alive the vibrant monsoon fest of Goa – Sao Joao at The Hub on Sunday, 22^nd June. 2025. Ronil Goa is the first JdV by Hyatt hotel in India and Southwest Asia, and true to the brand ethos of celebrating the joy of life, the resort leaves no stone unturned to bring the quintessential Goa experience alive for its guests.

Hosted at the stunning Energy Pool and The Hub, nestled amidst charming Indo Portuguese architecture, the Sao Joao celebration will feature the free-spirited Rinaldo & frndz "Band trio" and international DJ Daria creating an eclectic vibe at the boutique pet-friendly resort through the afternoon.

Food & Beverage offerings will include live counters serving O’Poder Burgers – with option of locally sourced Poee or Katre Pao with a choice of sumptuous fillings like Kaastad Chicken Cutlet, Ronil Cafreal Chicken, Rawa-Fried Fish Fillet, Sungta Chilli Fry, Breadfruit or Jackfruit Sukka & Potato Cafreal.  Wood-fired oven specials – Goan Chorizo Flatbread, Vindaloo Chicken Flatbread, Mushroom Cafreal Flatbread, Meal Bowls - Chicken Cafreal Rice Bowl, Goan Chicken Chilli Fry Bowl, Mushroom & Cashewnut Xacuti Bowl & Potato Recheado Rice Bowl, Dessert Bar - Warm Bebinca Slices with Coconut-Jaggery Ice Cream, Serradura, Pastel de Nata & Mini Guava Cheesecakes.

Spirited Beverages will showcase our bestseller Urrak Cocktails and Urrak Slushies, Budweiser Beers, Feni cocktails by Goa’s beloved Artisanal Feni brand ‘Goenchi’ and special cocktails by India's First Limoncello – ‘Mikiamo Limoncello’. Sober Beverages include aerated drinks, Kokum cooler, canned juices.

Entry is strictly through advance reservations & cover charge is applicable. The celebration is open for couples, families & friends with advance reservations. Walk-ins and stags are not allowed. Cover charge is inclusive of unlimited food & beverages, including spirits, access to the Energy Pool, Kopel & Rocketman shots. Appropriate pool costumes are mandatory to access the pool.
