Ronil Goa – first JdV by Hyatt Hotel in India launches its Signature Cocktail Menu, in collaboration with Countertop India.

The foray of Hyatt Hotel Corporation’s Independent Collection brand- JdV by Hyatt in India - Ronil Goa announced the launch of their signature cocktail menu in collaboration with Countertop India.

Inspired by Hyatt’s food & beverage philosophy of Thoughtfully Sourced and Carefully Served, the beverage offerings are designed keeping in mind the ‘young-at-heart’ guests who are open to possibilities and love to experience the neighbourhood connections in their travels.

The menu comprises cocktails that use made-in-India spirits since they love to work with local ingredients and seasonal flavours at Hyatt. A diverse offering that enables the guests to celebrate the joy of life in a sober-spirited fashion – their sober beverage offerings range from homemade lemonades and iced teas, coffee-based beverages, cold press juices and smoothies to seasonal mocktails and punch bowls. The Spirited offerings offer a wide range of Goa-inspired spirits, classic cocktails and the newly launched signature cocktail menu that is fun to have on your own or share with your gang.

ABOUT THE NEW MENU

The signature cocktail menu designed with Countertop India, encapsulates the vibrant spirit and rich culture of Goa while prioritizing sustainability, freshness, and playfulness to celebrate the JdV by Goa spirit. The vision was to embark the guests on an experience through a beverage program, with

local ingredients and flavours, crafted with simplicity and consistently delivered.

Arrival and Departure at the resort happen at the Lobby Bar – Patrao’s, over welcome and farewell shots – they have Wake Up Call which is a blend of classic Old Monk and Espresso to get the guests into the holiday state of mind, and for departure they have Sunshine – that is our way of saying ‘See you soon’ with a dash of Coconut Rum, ginger and pineapple.

The Hub is the energy pool zone with the Pool Bar, Swim Up deck and cabanas where any time is a good time for a spirited or sober slushie, free-floating shots by the Rocket Man and Cocktail Pitchers and Punch Bowls to share with the gang. The spotlight here will be on Slay, Modern Mary, Head over heels and Cherry Cola from the new menu.

At Patrao’s, the new menu additions are Fly Me to the Moon, Twinkle Star, Jamun Paloma, Fig Old Fashioned, Pataleo, Bubblegum Shots, Affagato and the Pickle-back.

The Beverage program at the resort is led by a team of spirited mixologists, and spearheaded by Bar Manager - Sachin Chaudhari. There are more seasonal specials planned to join the new menu in the upcoming months and we cannot wait to have you with us to experience these.
