Ruhaniyat: A Heritage Iftaari Experience by ITC Grand Central, Mumbai

ITC Grand Central Mumbai invites guests to mark the holy month of Ramadan with Ruhaniyat, a specially curated Iftaari experience that can be ordered at home via ITC Gourmet Couch, which celebrates the richness of India’s culinary heritage. Designed to honour tradition, reflection and togetherness, the offering is available through set menu selections as well as à la carte, and can also be enjoyed through specially curated takeaway Iftaari set meal boxes, allowing guests to choose a format that best suits their celebrations.

The Iftaari menu begins with Khajoor, setting a traditional tone, followed by classic starters such as Seekh Gilafi Dum Pukht, served alongside Sheermal and an assortment of Indian Breads. Comforting accompaniments like Dal Bukhara, Anaar Kheera Raita, and traditional Nehari Accompaniments complete the opening course.

At the heart of the experience are slow-cooked heritage specialities including Haleem, Shahi Nehari, Murgh Yakhni Pulao, and Murgh Handi Qorma, each prepared using age-old techniques that bring depth, warmth and indulgence to the Iftaari table. These soulful dishes reflect the essence of Ramadan dining: nourishing, generous and deeply satisfying.

The meal concludes on a refined sweet note with Seviyon Ka Muzzaffar, a saffron-infused vermicelli dessert adorned with nuts, offering a sense of celebration and tradition to complete the Iftaari experience.
