ITC Royal Bengal and ITC Sonar are delighted to present Ruhaniyat – Heritage Cuisine, a limited-edition festive offering by Gourmet Couch, available from 17th February to 22nd March 2026. Inspired by the warmth, generosity, and rich culinary traditions of Eid, this exclusive menu brings the finest heritage flavors from ITC Hotels' acclaimed kitchens directly to guests' homes. Rooted in centuries-old recipes and slow-cooking techniques, Ruhaniyat is a soulful celebration of festive dining — thoughtfully curated to honor the tradition of shared meals and the joy of togetherness that defines the season.

The à la carte selection features an array of time-honoured preparations. Highlights include the Seekh Gilafi Dum Pukht, priced at (INR 2,175 + taxes), minced chicken kebabs layered with tomatoes, capsicum and green chilies, finished using the traditional dum technique.  The hearty Haleem, (INR 1,399 + taxes), slow-cooked with wheat, lentils, and tender meat, this dish reflects centuries-old culinary craftsmanship. Another highlight is Murgh Handi Qorma, (INR 2,325 + taxes), chicken simmered in brown onion, yoghurt, perfumed with saffron and rose water. The delicate Murgh Yakhni Pulao (INR 2,225 + taxes), fragrant basmati rice prepared with tender chicken in a light yakhni broth, and the indulgent Shahi Nehari (INR 2,425 + taxes), prime cuts of lamb are slow-cooked overnight in a sealed handi with mace and cardamom.

Complementing the mains is the selection of traditional Indian breads – including Lachcha ParathaRoomali RotiSheermal, Pudina Paratha, and assorted tandoor-baked varieties, all priced at (INR 350 + taxes). The menu concludes on a festive note with Seviyon Ka Muzaffar (INR 899 + taxes), a saffron-infused vermicelli dessert is gently sweetened and garnished with almonds and cashews.

The Ruhaniyat Table is priced at (INR 3,799 + taxes) for two and (INR 6,599 + taxes) for four. The more elaborate Ruhaniyat Royal Table, which includes the iconic Dal Bukhara alongside Haleem, Shahi Nehari, Murgh Yakhni Pulao, breads, accompaniments, and dessert, is available at (INR 5,999 + taxes) for two and (INR 10,299 + taxes) for four.
