DPB, the highest bar in Dona Paula at Taj Cidade de Goa, is set to host an unforgettable evening of mixology mastery and musical vibes as Pablo Machuca and Maria (MJ), two renowned bartenders from Salmon Guru, Dubai, take over the bar for a one-night-only experience on Sunday, 8 June 2025, from 7:00 PM onwards. The evening will be elevated further with vibrant beats by DJ Ketan.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the Arabian Sea, with stylish lounge seating and air-conditioned comfort, this exclusive event invites cocktail connoisseurs and curious enthusiasts to witness the artistry of two of Dubai’s most innovative mixologists — right here in Goa.

Pablo Machuca
Hailing from Salta, Argentina, Pablo brings dynamic energy and a global perspective to his craft. With over five years in the hospitality industry, he now showcases his skills at Salmon Guru Dubai — one of the world’s premier cocktail destinations. Pablo is known for his inventive use of ingredients and magnetic bar presence, crafting bold and unforgettable drinks.

Maria (MJ)
A seasoned mixologist from Peru with over 13 years of experience, MJ is part of the founding team at Salmon Guru Dubai. Celebrated for her creativity, technical precision, and passion for guest experience, she brings a distinctive flair to every cocktail she creates.
