Hailing from the vibrant kitchens of Bengal, Chef Nandita and Chef Manik bring with them a treasure trove of heirloom recipes and culinary artistry. Their specially crafted menu features an irresistible lineup of regional favourites, including Panta Bhat, Ilish Mach, Shorshe Ilish, Chingri Malai Curry, and timeless sweets like Mishti Doi, Roshogolla, and Sandesh.
