 KOLKATA, 2025 –– Hyatt Centric Ballygunge is all set for a sparkling festive season, with Tess and YAYAvar decked in Christmas charm. Guests can celebrate with a cosy Christmas Eve dinner, an indulgent Christmas Brunch and Dinner at YAYAvar on 24th & 25th December, 2025, a grand New Year’s Eve feast on 31st December, 2025 and an inviting New Year’s Day brunch on 1st January, 2026. The culinary offerings at YAYAvar span classic, regional and Asian flavors, with hearty vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes perfect for festive dining.

For Christmas Eve, 24th December, the vegetarian menu features Chukandar Badam ki Tikki, Vilayati Subz ka Chhonka, Hariyali Paneer Tikka and Marquis Potatoes, while non-vegetarian highlights include Roasted Turkey, Punjabi Tandoori Kukkad, Duckbanglo Chicken Curry, Sarso Posto Fish and Kolkata Mutton Biryani. Asian favorites such as Thai Green Curry Prawn and Singapore Noodles add global flair. Desserts like Christmas Wreath Pavlova, Pull-Apart Santa Cake and Plum Pudding with Brandy Sauce complete the evening.

On Christmas Day, 25th December, guests can enjoy a lavish brunch and dinner featuring a Cold Mezze Station, Cheese Platter, Aam Chunda Stuffed Paneer Tikka, Chaat Bhandar, Pasta and South Indian counters. Indian and Asian mains include Anjeer Pine Nuts Kofta, Palak-e-Falak, Shukto, Basanti Pulao and Dahi Mirch ka Salan. Non-vegetarian selections include Mutton Makmalli Sheekh, Malaysian Prawn Curry, Kosa Mangsho and Kolkata Chicken Biryani. A Western dessert spread, kids’ dessert buffet and a six-chocolate fondant counter add festive sweetness.

The New Year’s Eve celebration, 31st December offers a grand spread with Salad, Antipasti & Mezze, a Cheese and Coldcuts Station, along with live BaoBurg, Sushi, Risotto, Pasta and Carving Stations. Guests can enjoy a curated selection of Indian, Asian and Western vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, rounded off with an indulgent dessert buffet.

To welcome 2026, the New Year’s Day Brunch on 1st January, offers Salads, Antipasti & Mezze, a Cheese Station, Live Counters and a comforting Soup & Bread Counter.
