Drawing inspiration from the tradition of the Indian thali, ‘Aku Bhojanam’ captures the essence of a complete meal which is a harmonious blend of balance, nourishment and flavour. Each element of the thali is designed to represent the diversity of India’s regional cuisines, from the subtle spice of southern delicacies to the comforting richness of northern classics.

Paying homage to India’s rich gastronomic tapestry, the platter is intricately curated to present a blend of diverse textures and unique flavours. Featuring the spicy flavours of Karimnagar to the earthy comfort of Mahbubnagar cuisine, the menu highlights dishes such as Kodi Vepudu, Royyala Iguru, Hyderabadi Kodi Pulusu, Pachi Pulusu and Bagara Annam, meticulously crafted by skilled chefs using traditional techniques and locally inspired ingredients.
