Running from 18th to 31st July, the experience is inspired by the tranquil beauty of Japan’s coastal landscapes. Guests can indulge in a meticulously curated menu featuring delicacies such as Spicy Tuna Uramaki, Salmon Maki, and more - paired with rare and refine sake labels including Sanka Daiginjo and Kuro Ginjo. Guided by our executive chefs and sommelier, each pairing is crafted to evoke a seamless blend of tradition, technique, and taste.

Set in the understated sophistication of Captain’s Cellar, this one-of-a-kind event offers an ideal setting for culinary connoisseurs and explorers alike. Whether it’s discovering delicate sake notes or delighting in artfully plated rolls, every moment promises to be a voyage beyond borders.
