Bengaluru, 10 November 2025 –The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, Hotel Conventions Residences invites guests to an opulent 10-day celebration, a journey of Asia through handmade noodles, at The Lotus Oriental. From 7th to 16th November 2025, diners can indulge in a thoughtfully curated à la carte menu that highlights the region’s diverse flavours and culinary traditions.

Curated by Chef Shishir, the menu pays homage to the enduring simplicity of noodles with each dish mindfully prepared to highlight authentic techniques and regional expression. Guests can explore both vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections that celebrate craftsmanship and culinary finesse. Signature vegetarian offerings include Dan Dan Noodle with Minced Tofu, Wild Shiitake Broth Noodle, and Cantonese Hor Fun with Plant-Based Meat, while non-vegetarian highlights feature XO Prawn Hand-Cut Noodle, Pork Rib Broth Noodle, and Mix Meat Chow Mein. The experience is completed with indulgent desserts such as Sesame Ball with Red Bean Paste and Chinese Dates Pancake with Mixed Nuts, capturing the essence of Asian comfort food with an artful, sophisticated touch.
