Gandhinagar: The Leela Gandhinagar, the epitome of luxury and elegance in the twin cities of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, is proud to present the “Street Foods of India Festival” at its signature restaurant, The Citrus Junction. Running from October 17 to 26 during dinner hours, this vibrant celebration brings together the most iconic and beloved street food flavours from across India.
Guests are invited to indulge in a variety of regional delicacies including West Bengal’s puchka, kathi rolls, and jhal muri, Karnataka’s masala dosa, Mysore bonda, and goli bajji, Maharashtra’s vada pav, misal pav, and sabudana khichdi, and Gujarat’s dhokla, locho, and fafda-jalebi.
The menu also features Kerala’s pazham pori, parotta, and banana chips, Uttar Pradesh’s aloo tikki, banarasi kachori, and peda, Punjab’s Amritsari kulcha, chhole, and creamy lassi, Delhi’s famed chhole bhature, rajma chawal, and dahi bhalla, and Bihar’s litti chokha, sattu paratha, and khaja. The menu is complemented by traditional Indian beverages such as jal jeera, masala chaas, aam panna, chai, and thandai, offering a refreshing finish to the flavourful feast.
