Surat’s food lovers are in for a treat this June as Courtyard by Marriott Surat unveils a vibrant Thai food promotion titled “Sawadika Thailand” at its all-day dining restaurant, TheBistro. Running from 13th to 29th June, Sawadika Thailand brings the bold, fresh, and fragrant flavors of Thailand to the heart of Surat, where Surtis are known to embrace global cuisines with open arms.
Sawadika Thailand adds a spicy twist to Bistro’s signature buffet, infusing it with the essence of Thai street food and home-style cooking. From the tangy crunch of Som Tum Salad to the smoky tenderness of Satay Gai, each dish is thoughtfully prepared to offer an authentic experience for diners. Highlights also include the comforting heat of Thai Red Curry, the stir-fried goodness of Phad Mee Hoon, and a selection of Thai-inspired mains and sides that promise something new to discover each evening.
No Thai culinary experience is complete without desserts, and Sawadika Thailand doesn’t hold back. Guests can indulge in delicacies like Tub Tim Grob (crispy water chestnuts in coconut milk), Khao Niew Mamuang (mango sticky rice), and Sangkhaya Fak Thong (pumpkin custard), offering the perfect sweet balance to the spice-forward mains.
