On the auspicious occasion of Shravan, Sayaji Kolhapur introduces a culinary innovation for the first time in the town - the Vegan Food Festival, commenced from 8th August 2025 and runs through 17th August, 2025 at Moon Tree Cafe, Sayaji Kolhapur, offering citizens an all new dining experience connected through taste, tradition and conscious living 

Kolhapur is well known for its rich and flavourful delicacies. This time Sayaji Kolhapur took a step towards curating a menu that was 100% plant - based. The feast showcases a variety of dishes- from lip smacking starters to indulgent desserts - all prepared without using any animal products includes the tofu palak, flavourful legumes, and exotic veggies served fresh and guilt free, yet promises the same depth of flavour and creativity that Sayaji is known for.
