Sentir by Tattva is a haven of tranquility where each touch, scent, and sight is meticulously crafted to provide a serene spa experience. Our curated spa menu is designed to cater to wellness enthusiasts seeking both relaxation and revitalization. The therapies blend ancient wisdom with modern techniques, ensuring a rejuvenating experience for every guest.

Among the featured therapies, the Deep Tissue Massage, available in 60 and 90-minute sessions, delves into the deeper layers of muscles to effectively relieve chronic aches and pains. Using firm, rhythmic strokes, the massage releases stubborn knots and promotes overall relaxation. The Abhyanga Massage, also available in 60 and 90-minute sessions, is a full-body oil massage using warm herbal oils, designed to nourish the body, calm the mind, improve blood circulation, release toxins, and boost immunity. The Herbal Potali Massage, a 60-minute treatment, involves the use of warm herbal pouches gently pressed onto the body to relieve joint pain, muscle stiffness, and inflammation, providing a sense of balance and well-being. Additionally, the Goan-inspired Detan & Shine Scrub, enriched with coconut and cashew, exfoliates dry skin to reveal a radiant, tan-free complexion.

The star treatment will be the Signature Colva Body Scrub, a tribute to Goa, featuring an exquisite blend of cashews and coconut. This indulgent experiences includes a 20-minute foot scrub, a 20-minute back scrub or a 45-minute full-body scrub. Also available is the Indian Abhyanga, known for its ability to relieve muscle knots and fatigue using premium herbal oils.

With the arrival of the new season, in October we will be adding the Ayurvedic Potali Massage, a treatment designed to alleviate stress and anxiety with herbal healing, using linen potlis stuffed with essential herbs and oils. This 60-minute session will be followed by a complimentary round of tea or coffee at O’Centro for two. Additionally, guests can enjoy Beauty Elixirs, featuring body polishers and scrubs such as Floral Mist, Vanilla & Nutmeg Smoothie, Kalp Vriksha, and the Goan Body Scrub, with a complimentary 15-minute soothing foot massage.
