Shangri-La Eros New Delhi Highlights Amritsar’s Culinary Traditions at Tamra

(New Delhi,  November 2025) – Shangri-La Eros New Delhi brings the unmistakable flavours of Amritsar to the capital this December with a special culinary showcase at Tamra, running from 22nd to 28th December 2025. Curated as a focused celebration of Punjab’s food legacy, the experience highlights the bold dishes that have long defined Amritsar as one of India’s most beloved culinary destinations.

The experience is shaped by the combined expertise of Mr. Devendra Rawat and Chef Laxmi Kant, alongside Guest Chef Gorav. Drawing from deep-rooted culinary practices and regional techniques, the chefs present food that remains true to its origins while being thoughtfully executed for the Tamra table. Each dish reflects the dense flavours, slow cooking, and instinctive spicing that characterise Amritsari cuisine.

Guests can look forward to a spread featuring favourites such as flaky Chur-Chur Naan, spice-forward Tawa Chicken Masala, slow-cooked Amritsari Mutton Rara Gosht, and comforting Pindi Chole. The iconic Chhole Bhature takes centre stage, capturing the unmistakable spirit of Punjab’s street food culture. The menu is further rounded out with Amritsari Chole Kulcha, rich Malai Pyaz Soya Chaap, and live tawa counters serving freshly prepared specialities.

The experience will be available as part of Tamra’s lunch and dinner buffet offerings. Lunch is priced at INR 4,130 per person, while dinner is available at INR 4,484 per person, inclusive of all taxes. Sunday Brunch is priced from INR 4,956 per person, inclusive of all taxes. Together, the offering presents a deep dive into Punjab’s most enduring flavours - generous, layered, and deeply satisfying.
