The menu commences with a seasonal salad and an assortment of comforting soups, including the delicate Cantonese-style wonton soup and the Velvety Tomato-Egg Drop Soup.

The spotlight then turns to the dim sum collection, a showcase of craftsmanship and technique featuring poached and steamed delicacies such as the Spicy Edamame and Pickled Mustard Dumpling, Truffle Mushroom Bao, and the iconic Shrimp Har Gao, alongside crisp and golden delights like the Crackling Prawns, Char Siu Barbecue Pork Bun, and the Baked Eggplant Puff.
