This November, Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center brings the magic of Loy Krathong, Thailand’s Festival of Lights, to Bengaluru with an exclusive celebration. From November 15^th to 17th, patrons are invited to join this cultural experience, inspired by Thailand’s cherished tradition of setting candle-lit krathongs afloat as a symbol of letting go and renewal.

In honor of this vibrant festival, InAzia will offer a special à la carte menu curated by Thai Expat Chef Rungtiwa Sorlae. The authentic spread includes an array of Thailand’s celebrated dishes, showcasing the country’s rich culinary heritage. Highlights include Peek-Gai Thord "Kluk Foon"- Deep fried chicken wing, pounded herb rice, Goong Sarong- Pastry wrapped tiger prawns, chili sauce, jaew sauce, Kai Phad Med Mamuang- Stir fried chicken, chili paste, cashewnut, Seafood Phad Phung Kari- Stir fried seafood kari sauce, Tao-Hu Nung Se Eiw- Steam silken tofu in soya sauce, among many other delicacies.
