This November, Sheraton Grand Bengaluru Whitefield Hotel & Convention Center brings the magic of Loy Krathong, Thailand’s Festival of Lights, to Bengaluru with an exclusive celebration. From November 15th to 17th, patrons are invited to join this cultural experience, inspired by Thailand’s cherished tradition of setting candle-lit krathongs afloat as a symbol of letting go and renewal.
In honor of this vibrant festival, InAzia will offer a special à la carte menu curated by Thai Expat Chef Rungtiwa Sorlae. The authentic spread includes an array of Thailand’s celebrated dishes, showcasing the country’s rich culinary heritage. Highlights include Peek-Gai Thord "Kluk Foon"- Deep fried chicken wing, pounded herb rice, Goong Sarong- Pastry wrapped tiger prawns, chili sauce, jaew sauce, Kai Phad Med Mamuang- Stir fried chicken, chili paste, cashewnut, Seafood Phad Phung Kari- Stir fried seafood kari sauce, Tao-Hu Nung Se Eiw- Steam silken tofu in soya sauce, among many other delicacies.
