On Tuesday, 15th April, guests are invited to indulge in an opulent feast that pays homage to the rich culinary heritage of Bengal. The specially curated menu promises a soulful experience, featuring traditional delicacies made with love and the freshest seasonal ingredients.

Diners can look forward to a thoughtfully crafted menu with nostalgic favourites and regional treasures including Kacha Aamer Tok Dal, Aamer Chutney, Raw Mango Phal Curry, and a refreshing Raw Mango Salad Corner. There will also be a unique Pora (Roasted) and Bata (Ground) Station for an authentic Bengali experience. Signature mains like Bhapa Machh, Kochi Pathar Jhol, and Maach Bhaja will be on offer, bringing together the comforting flavours of home-cooked Bengali meals. To end on a sweet note, an irresistible dessert selection featuring Rasgulla, Sitabhog, and Mihidana will round off the meal.
