Prepared in accordance with traditional fasting customs, this sattvik thali avoids onion, garlic, and sea salt, while offering a wholesome selection of delicacies such as sabudana vada, sama chawal, shakarkand tikki, and arbi ki sabzi, along with an array of accompaniments. Each dish is thoughtfully crafted to reflect purity, balance, and festive indulgence, making the thali a perfect way to celebrate Navratri afternoons in a truly authentic manner.
